Il regolamento disciplina gli affidamenti di fornitura di lavori, beni e servizi definiti “sotto soglia” di cui all’art. 35 e secondo le procedure previste dall’art. 36 del nuovo Codice dei contratti pubblici, approvato con il D.Lgs n. 50/2016.
